It hasn't always been the dream team listed on the side nav right now. But we've always had a great team. How is that? Well, here are ten ingredients for hiring a "Great Team Member".
1. Look for a problem solvers not an order takers.
2. Focus and nurture their strengths.
3. Minimize and avoid their weaknesses.
4. Give them a chance to step up to the challenge.
5. Don't micro manage.
6. Setup and communicate the bigger picture.
7. Confront issues early and solve the problem universally.
8. Setup team building activities that highlights a common goal.
9. Practice empathy.
10. Partner up!!! Points 2 and 3, they apply to you leaders too.
Don't forget, this applies to clients as well... Which the second reason why CRISP is "Blessed with Success".
